Denicourt Migué Land Surveyors is a surveying firm born from the merger of two well-established Quebec companies that share a common vision of the profession: rigor, reliability and proximity to the client.

By combining their expertise and professional cultures, these two organizations gave birth to a firm backed by more than a century of cumulative experience, focused on the future while remaining true to the traditions of surveying.

Our history

One of the firm’s roots dates back to 1949, with the founding of Migué Land Surveyors by Guy Migué, in the Eastern Townships. From the outset, the company stood out for its expertise in land surveying and its lasting presence in the region. Over the decades, the firm evolved, passed through generations, welcomed new partners and broadened its expertise while maintaining a human, professional approach.

In parallel, Denicourt Land Surveyors was founded in 1978 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, under the leadership of Marcel Denicourt. The company experienced sustained growth, developing a strong presence in Montérégie, Greater Montreal and the Eastern Townships. Recognized for the quality of its deliverables and the strength of its organization, Denicourt quickly became a reference in the field.

In 2023, these two firms with shared values joined forces to create Denicourt Migué Land Surveyors, bringing together more than 75 years of cumulative expertise. This strategic merger ensures the continuity of know-how, broadens the range of services and strengthens the regional presence of the firm.
